The Ranger's Toad (Amietophrynus rangeri) is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is found in Lesotho, South Africa, Swaziland, possibly Botswana, possibly Mozambique, possibly Namibia, and possibly Zimbabwe. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, arable land, plantations , water storage areas, and ponds.
